We have been serving the area for more than 85 years, but under the name Concept Shoe Repair for the past 27. Mike has been in the shoe repair business for over 55 years. He is a 4th generation shoe cobbler. He has been with Concept Shoe Repair for the past 8 years. Randy is a 1st generation shoe cobbler who was trained by Rick Cook a 3rd generation shoe cobbler. He has been fixing and repairing shoes for over 15 years. He also has been in the shoe industry for over 25 years. Randy bought the store in 2003. He renamed the business from London Shoe Repair to Concept Shoe Repair in 1991.
